hello everyone could anyone give me any information about ovarian cancer or pelvic pain at 23 i have had on again off again right sided pelvic pain feels like my ovary i have had frequent urination for 2 years i recently for 2 months had urgent urination i have back pain,pain during sex deep shrp stabbing pain not all the time, fatigue bloating and other symptoms but they could be from so many different things i had an ultrasound a year ago or so and the results came back fine so my dr dissmissed the pain thing told me it is nothing to worry about. my dr just did a manual pelvic axam and a pap smear both fine my grandma just told me that my grandpa’s mom died from ovarian cancer and his sister died from cancer i don’t know what kind. my grandmas ant had breast cancer and my mom had some srt of pre cancer (don’t know what that is) but i am only 23 any answers would be so appreciated i don’t really think it it is ovarian cancer but the thaught that it could be is in the back of my mind
i also had urine test and there are no signs of infection this and the pelvic exam was done 2 days ago the ultrasound was dont a year ar so ago thanks for all answers
i have pain during or after sometimes both when haveing intercourse with my husband and i pass stool everymorning but it switches between slight constapation to very soft mith some mucus (sorry for the gross details )my pelvic area does feel like there is fullnes so for all test like bacteria in the urine normal ulrasound a year ago normal manual pelvic exam done by doctor normal thyriod and all that normal no signs of diabetes all tests normal thank you all so much for all your wonderful answers :):)

diagnosed 2 mos. ago – no treatment options avabilable. down to 85 lbs. – can eat very little.

My mother was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma a few weeks ago, she has an 11.6 centimeter mass on her left kidney. She was hospitalized last weekend because they gave her morphine for pain, it dropped her blood pressure extemely low. That is when we found out the cancer had spread to other organs (liver,pancreas, lymph nodes and stomach) the doctors said she would only make it a few weeks to a month. That is when I looked into this cancer center, her insurance has been approved and they want to schedule her flight asap. I just want to know if anyone out there has had good results with ctca? I have a friend who goes with her mother who had breast cancer metasis to her liver and bone who goes to ctca and she said they were great. Are they as wonderful as my friends mom says?
My mom is also doing better now, she’s home from the hospital and she’s not as weeks and she’s eating . My mom says she’s ready to fight this.

I have heard that cortizone shots can cause stomach cancer, is this a proven side affect ?

65 yr old female, adenocarcinoma of lung with metastasis to brain and bone. chemotherapy every 3 weeks, has had 6 treatments, seemed to be working. doing poorly as result of chemo, lethargic, weak, reduced mental state. hospitalized 12 days ago for above concern, electrolytes terribly insufficient, sodium down. diagnosed as SIADH, performing blood and urine analysis daily, kidneys ok, lumbar puncture shows cryptoccocus. Still in hospital, 2 days ago xray showed “shadowing” around known cancer mass. Drs unsure if cacner growth or pneumonia. She is on antibiotic for cryptoccocal menengitis. Her breathing is VERY labored, and the drs called for another xray. It shows the “shadowing” has grown since 2 days ago, although no fever, dr has decided she will start antibiotic for pneumonia, although no fever spike. Legs are mottled today for the first time. repsirations are not consistant, have been 20 up to the 50’s (50’s did not last long). It doesn’t look good…HELP

I am looking to purchase an older house. Upon viusal inspection everything seems to be allright, aka no signs of leaks, foundation issues it’s level. But before I spend money on an inspection what sort of things should I keep an eye out on. Also it has asbestos shingles, which I’ve heard isn’t as bad as it sounds. Any other help would be greatly appreciated!!
I will MOST DEFINANTLY have an inspection done!!! I just want some things to look for incase it is not worth spending the money on an inspection
